so they took the ipod shuffle, added a screen?....we have a mp3 player like that already here in canada, its made by nextech i think, looks like identical to a shuffle, but has a screen and it cheaper.....it can be found on http://www.thesourcecc.com its the canadian version of radio shack
Also using flash rather than a hard disk. this is what those rumours about apple buying up all the flash in the known universe were about
well its 2gb in the base model, rather than 4gb, and otherwise pricing is the same (e.g. old 4gb mini price -> new 2gb nano price, old 6gb mini price -> new 4gb nano price)
uh sexy indeed - since I still only have an ooold sony CD/MP3 Discman (the first one that came out) this might be the time for a new one .. mmmh
yeah, need to switch to a mp3 player too. i'm not saying i won't buy cds anymore, not at all, but this will be for my Stereo, not for outisde. i just hope the gpx2 fits in my pocket.
Oh my god... I'm so getting one, and with Apple's back to school sale, I can get one for just $20 when I buy my new PowerBook. ^_^
uh, what did you expected? something to make your moral higher when you look in the miror? ''at least it's not like THAT...'' :no
WOOHOO BURN! ouch! You need some ointment for that burn! 3rd degree! ....but yes actually I was expecting something along those lines Note: the above is not to be taken seriously...not that anyone reads my posts anyway
I opened the topic thinking it was about the Gameboy Micro. Still, this is a pretty interesting development - I've gotta see how much the campus bookstore is selling these bad boys for, as if there's a significant discount, this almost makes a member of the iPod line worth getting.
It looks nice but I'm not impressed. Thing about how big a 1 Gig SD card is then look at how big the new IPOD is. Pretty big isn't it? Still, it is a sexy beast. Yakumo
hehe I know what you mean Yakumo - they could just put an SD card slot on the end of a USB-B connector, bung in a headphone jack and the whole thing could be as small as the top half of your thumb It looks pretty though I'd almost be tempted to pick 1 up, that or the iTunes phone but to be honest I'd rather save my money and wait a few more generations to pass by before I pick 1 up.
