hmm, mabey a digital picture frame could be gutted. I've seen a few about that size at targate, best-buy, radioshack, ect.
Seems like those would be a bit expensive to just harvest screens from, plus the more affordable ones would probably be... not great. I assume you need a far lower number of them than would be necessary to contact an actual LCD mfg?
