    Breakdown of the facts:
Hyundai Electronix was renamed to Hynix after a few acts of restructuring and spinning off sections in March 2001. Even more sections were spun off later that year, by August the company was completely separated from the former Hyundai Group. SK Telecom became majority shareholder in February 2012, and the following month the company was renamed to SK Hynix.

It also says Hyundai 96 on it though. I would think it was just existing stock with a new print for Hyundai on it but the lack of RF is really interesting. I don't know a whole lot about all the SNES revisions but is it possible the late Super Comboy is unique compared to the rest of the world?

I would say so also with some using a US snes power jack and some using the super fami power jack I would say there quite unique.

Also if you search on goggle 슈퍼 컴보이 you can find some blogs on it.

There are quite a few subtle variations of the Super Comboy motherboard and/or shell--probably a half-dozen (6) or more. I wonder which had more variants in Korea: the SFC or MD :D

Cool! I actually just picked up a system with 6 games off of auction.co.kr (was 70k for all)! I already have a SF in the mail but I'm really happy to have the Korean AC adaptor because I can use it on my AV famicom as well. I'm pretty sure the Comboy is an older one as the buttons are in English and it has an RF adaptor but I'm looking forward to tinkering with it either way. It also comes with a Korean Mario RPG
