Update (26 / 07 / 2014) Hi there ! I have been very busy with my studies but now that i have highly successed to my finals i could spend time by sorting my gaming rooms. Like you could see on my website, the first gaming-room, where the Blast City arcade cabinet is, is still in mess because i didn't get time to order shelves and think about an optimal layout. Fortunately i have updated the Hidden Palace Zone (pics are mostly from the second gaming room), a page dedicated to both gaming rooms who can be accessed by entering Konami code on the main page. I posted about 50 new pics of the actual state of my gaming rooms who can be seen here : http://spinzshowroom.com/hidden-palace-zone Here is a preview :
Gah, of course it is! Silly me. I've got a lot of JP MD Really nice though. Lots of premium titles for various jp retro, yum. What are you regular game collections like? Much pce, md, ss etc?
These pics are the top of an iceberg it became messy with years. I'm much into 16 bits but don't have preference (even i'm in Sega's side ), i have as much Megadrive games as Super Famicom, less into PCE. I don't know exactly how much titles i have but my general targets are rare, expensive, great and ufo kind of games (match more with Ps1)
I love your collection! I don't know why I didn't reply to this thread yet, I guess I was just speechless. All those rare hibaihins and consoles.... just wow. And you present it in a brilliant way. May I ask what profession you are working in? Is it something design/marketing related? Two questions: - On top of your shelf behind the white Game Gear, what's on top of the PC-Engine LT? A Duo Monitor? - On the picture below, is that a genuine Dodgeball gold prize-cart with the acrylglas block??? Holy f***!!!! Where did you get that? I assume it's not the one from Super Potato or Retro Friends? Also, which Kinnikuman version is that, the "regular" prize cart or the gold prize cart?
Hello there ! @Lim : Already reached my home in brand new condition, thanks again mate ! @ave : it's not a secret i work as a model and sometimes in my parents hotel (where both gaming room are) to finance my studies. Since i live with a roomate it allows me to save enough money to feed my hobbie and according to my origins i got the opportunity to reach Japan very early. About your questions : I own a PC-Engine LT (not displayed on these pics) but the one you're talking about is band-new PC-FX with Supergrax above. I'm actually writing a post on my website about my gold cartridges "full set" (you would probably understand the meaning of "" ) with detailed content and stories of each cartridge. My Kunio-kun no Dodgeball trophy has been bought in a gamebar to a knowledge (this one is coming from Shikoku regional tournament), it took me 5 years to find it and cheaper that the Super Potato's one or the last sold on YAJ recently but the letter is missing (still believe that i could get a copy of the original one from some friends who work in Mandarake Galaxy) The Kinnikuman cartridge i own is the green version also known as "Shueisha Jidou Tosho version". To be honest and despite of the fact i own many games on it i'm not as much in Famicom as i'm in 16 bits era but i got it really cheap compared to what i used to see in japanese retrogaming shops. I also got a second boxed Sega Memorial Option the same day for 100 € :>
[Striptease] Les "Gold Cartridges" Super Famicom : http://spinzshowroom.com/striptease-les-gold-cartridges-super-famicom Detailed content and stories for the whole set including Yam-Yam which still is owned by Mandarake Galaxy. In addition, you could learn a way to know if you're Kunio-kun no Dodgeball gold cartridge is a fake or not. the post is wrote in french but don't hesitate to read it through google translate I thought it would be useful for some some collectors who share like me an adoration for the japanese retrogaming
Just WOW! Amazing collection, beautiful presentation and very cool items!! Where can we see pictures of the Show Room #1 ??? I'm very curious :O
Thanks ^^ About the first show room i'm not able to give any pics yet since it became very messy during these last months. I have to equalize content between both which is pretty difficult ^^ You can only see the Blast City arcade cabinet inside it on [Striptease] La Sega Blast City Notice that some people didn't hesitate to steal some of my pics to make a community signature without my agreement (@neogeo.com), this is why i'm forced to apply watermark even i don't like it.
Code Veronica wall mounted Luggers? Now that's awesome. And you have the Tokyo Marui Luggers as well? Man... All I have is the Code Veronica Dreamcast, but sadly no box or VMU....
Thanks ! I used to have both Bio Hazard Dreamcast consoles with serial numbers buy now i have both without serial (released later for Famitsu contest in very limited quantities) ^^ The fixation system of Ashford Emblem really sucks, i should pierce the wall and mount some hooks to hold it. The original magnetism of the original lugers also sucks, this why i bought very strong magnets to fix them which allow me to sleep quietly You can see a detailed unboxing of both goods on my website if you're interested. Notice that the ashford emblem is made in some kind of strong polyester.
I have been busy these last months but here are more pics of my Sega Memorial Options with giving context detailed : [Striptease] Sega Memorial Option
I'm pretty maniac when we talk about condition and conservation. This is why i put anti-uv filters all around blue neons to avoid any sunfade. I also plan to wrap all boxes in pvc sheets like i used to proceed with my rare magazines / artbooks.
