Splatterhouse (Bottlerocket Version) I hope this is not illegal here, and now after a year, everybody knows that copies was NOT leaked. By far. I am a fanatic fan of Splatterhouse, and since the remake was announced years ago, i was very happy because the game was being made by a (ex)company that I admire: Bottlerocket In 2009 Namco Pulls Splatterhouse from bottlerocket, and i was very sad. I could never play what I saw in videos... BUT, In early 2010 someone tried to sell the completed beta version of the game made by Bottlerocket... I talked to him, and he said it was too late and had "deleted" the beta game... I do not believe, and someone must have this version somewhere. If you have any information or want to help me with this mission, just post here or send me a PM. And the main thing is; -The game is not for resell, it's just pure love for Splatterhouse.
Sorry for the double post, but i talked with Jay Beard (Bottlerocket owner), and he says after Namco had taken development of Splatterhouse, all was sold. This means, Dulledblade is not a robber, he just BOUGHT the XBOX SDK with the game with it. This also close all the polemic created. I can prove what i say, if you want. Why i am posting this ? Well, im really sure Dulledblade are reading this, and dont be afraid to sell it again, if you want. Just PM me. And if someone has this beta, or know a way to find, please contact me. This game was canned? I never kept up with this but damn if I didn't expect that. I had a feeling when I heard a beta was being sold here that that might be a missed opportunity, since I just knew it'd probably end up with the same fate as that Vectorman on PS2. Hopefully the guy sells it again. I'm doubting he got rid of it also, after all if he had a disc, then what's it matter if he "deleted" it from his HD? There's still the disc

I realize this is a necro, but it has a purpose. I've been doing heavy restoration/bugfix/modification work on Splatterhouse for the 360, and have been actively trying to track down this version to mine for resources. At this point I'd be fine with just access to the files themselves and without the XEX to run them, but hoping after two years someone's turned up by now.
Sadly nothing...the files might still be available but if anyone actually held onto them they're doing so very tightly. The closest we've gotten are the June and September beta builds that offer a lot of unused material, but nowhere near what was shown in the BR material. I've given up trying to hunt them down for my own project...as much as I'd love to restore a lot of that content, it's just not going to happen. :\
I'm still working on it, just without a lost of the resources I wish I had access too (such as clawface...REALLY wanted Clawface in). I'm sorry if I'm confused though, have we met? The bit about helping threw me off given I don't think we've actually spoken before unless it was a different username? The betas are in the prototype thread, the project in question is Splatterhouse Remastered...I have a very badly un-updated thread on here (which lacks a lot of the newer info XD)
