Spooky Fact (also very pointless)

On the day I was born Elsie MacGill a Canadian aeronautical engineer died. I went one to be come an aeronautical engineer.

 

Maybe you were technically born before she died?

 

Not sure no times were given for her death.

 

Dude the year I was born both the challenger and chernobyl exploded.

Maybe I should start making bombs...

 

Well, My sister was born on September 11th and I was born in New York, should I worry?:110:

 

I was born on the same day the Beatles broke up. Different year though.

Of course, I won't point out that you were actually conceived 9 months before! Heh.

My birthday isn't extremely eventful, at least not the same year. A few days before, the president of South Korea was accidentally shot dead by the chief of his intelligence service! ...and I'm not president of South Korea!

I do share the same birthday with The Fonz (Henry Winkler) and Gavin Rossdale, though. That's pretty cool. Oh, and Maradonna. Not so cool.

Nothing too exciting happened on my birthday. Worth to mention maybe, that the 31st of July seems to be good day to take the train instead of a plane:

• 1973 - A Delta Air Lines jetliner crashes while landing in fog at Logan Airport, Boston, Massachusetts killing 89.
• 1981 - General Omar Torrijos of Panama dies in a plane crash.
• 1987 - A rare, class F-4 tornado rips through Edmonton, Alberta, killing 27 people and causing $330 million in damage.
• 1992 - A Thai Airways Airbus A300-310 crashes into mountain north of Kathmandu, Nepal killing 113.

There was also some essential Nazi-stuff happening on my day of birth, like Hitlers order to find a way to solve the "jewish question" and so on.

And I just read incidently that J.K. Rowling was born on the 31st just as her creation Harry Potter. Now I finally know why she choosed that date^^

 

Well, my birth date is a palindrome. That is something that reads the same backwards as forwards - example 27.4.72

Also, if you check the Sigma Aldrich website, my birth date 27472 is a product on their list, described as 'Pre-Assembled'. I was BORN for this website!
