    Looks like one of those Video/soundcards for Sega PC games (which can use Saturn pads)

    ready?, let me try torrmow. it may cool make one book pc to mame station and use with ss acrade stick :)

    That's an Edge 3D card - it has a Nvidia NV1 chip for video, a built-in sound card, modem, and Saturn pads interface. Not worth very much though.
