    Hello, everyone!

Super Fighter Team recently visited France to showcase some of our upcoming new games at the Retro-gaming Connexion event. Among other aspiring projects, I was personally pleased to announce our next new role-playing game for the Sega Genesis / Mega Drive: STAR ODYSSEY.

What is especially interesting to note about this game is that Super Fighter Team has proudly partnered with Starfish-SD Inc. to make the official worldwide release possible. This means that Star Odyssey will be the first new game to be released in the classic gaming market in partnership with a company in Japan. Needless to say we are very excited about this product, and hope that you are, too. :)

Our friends at Sega-16 have been kind enough to publish a neat preview of Star Odyssey, which I recommend to everyone who is interested in the game:

And to keep informed about the game's pending release, I invite you to sign up for our mailing list:

Thanks for your interest and attention. If you have any questions about Star Odyssey or any of our other games, please feel free to contact me anytime by e-mail, private message, etc.

    Have a nice day.

oh this is exciting. I love it when games come out to classic consoles. If only i had one of the supported medians. I will have to search for a console and order this when it comes out. Thanks for the update!

I have been enamored with Super Fighter Team since Beggar Prince, and this game seems to be of the same high caliber... mind you, that not taking pre-orders is kinda sad. That means I will have to make sure I am sufficiently liquid on the day of release!

Not taking pre-orders at all is one thing, but that's better than the other Megadrive RPG in the making (Pier Solar) which I pre-ordered... what, 3 years ago? That's a pretty serious wait...

(Curiously enough it just shipped today, apparently. I'll believe it when it's in my hands, frankly.)

haha damn 3 years. They must have mastered the megadrive coding in that time.

Has the price changed in time of your order?

I love it that people are still making new games like this for Megadrive, but I wish the Saturn was more "friendly" for modern developers. Would love to see some new games on Saturn. Oh well there's always Dreamcast.

I would imagine the original Xbox wins that easily.

    I concur.

As well, there are systems that are being homebrewed for that are much older than that, and still get new games. MSX anyone?

I'd love to buy a copy but I don't have $48 to spare for some time. Maybe if I could sell one/both of these bloody PSOnes.

    Looks gorgeous.
