Hello, so one of the foot pedals does not function and after taking a look and fiddling with the rotary switch I got it semi functioning but no dice. Could anyone help me to see if there is a feasible replacement on Mouser or Digikey? Aside from searching the rotary switch categories I am unsure of the other specs. Any help is appreciated thanks!

I'm just taking a guess here that 10 KB-45 is a 45 degree switch. 1 deck (since the inside only had one surface the pins were making contact with)? And a 3 pole because of the three pinouts?

Unsure about contact timing or index stops. Also don't know what brand that mark is on the metal.

Its a 10 kΩ linear potentiometer, 1 pole or mono. likely the 45° is the area that you can turn it, but better try ;).

So the part arrived. The dimensions are correct but when both (the replacement and original) potentiometers are fully turned to the same position the Flatted D shaft is flipped on the original. Is there a specific name or way to find a potentiometer with this alternate design? I'm also trying to figure out what the 45º on the original means and how I'd go about searching for that. Mouser and Digikey don't have an option that I can see.
