Hey there folks, anyone have any idea what these things are? They don't look like Game Boy carts exactly. Can anyone read the labels? Are these just cheap LCD "interchangeables" or does it actually have a dot matrix screen? The one on the left looks like it could be Dragon Tiger Gate. http://s666.photobucket.com/albums/vv29/difuno/Wan%20zi%20qian%20hong/?action=view¤t=IMG_71.jpg
whoever "difuno" is, that collection is to die for. I just found his photo page by accident while googling for Gamate info. A few of those things (such as the sideways DMG GB) are listed on the ultimateconsoledatabase. I only wish it was cheaper to import them. Here's one on ruten right now (not horizontal though). I'm obligated to other matters right now, but maybe one of you will nab it. http://goods.ruten.com.tw/item/show?11090422329598
This collection is really impressive. This guy even has some of those original GameTheoryAdmiral modules:
I have one of these but i am unsure if the screen is damaged or not >.> because it displays in blue ?? unless mine is broken it is in blue -___-
Do not worry, yours might be fine, it is normal for you to see a blue-ish screen if you turn it on without the cartridge.
Awesome is the gameplay blue as well :S mine has a tiny crack up in the far left corner of the screen not sure if the blue is normal for gameplay or not
I can't really recall the details in gameplay, but I am sure that the color isn't quite right on the screen of this player, cheap poor screen:hororr:
true maybe it is blue ? i only have 1 game for mine cannot find any other games for it at all on sale ._. it also appears to have some av connection or expansion port and controller port/s
I've uploaded some pics of this type of handhelds in the album, you might be able to find the answer to your question here. http://s666.photobucket.com/albums/vv29/difuno/Pocket FC/
As far as I can recall, it is an A/V cable with a standard 3.5mm (I am not sure whether it's 3.5mm or 2.5mm as these players have been packed and stored in the closet for a long time) earphone plug connects to the player.
