Are they all the same blue color, or are there other colors?

That's a different controller.

 

My four controllers are all the same, transparent blue and solid white.

 

Nah they made an orange one as well.

This Topway controller even had a Turbo and Slow mode extra buttons. Quite common here in Portugal, as the Official Sega distributor distributed these themselves...
