Street Fighter 2 Sheng Long Arcade Hack

Something I've been working on since some time in 2012. I decrypted the taiwanese street fighter 2 arcade romhacks and restored the code to make them run on a regular cps1 arcade board. I reworked the changes they made, manipulated the crud out of the roms, changed countless things around, modded my arcade board for clearer audio, and .....well just see for yourselves:
