I need not say that this version of the game is probably very rare. I got stock of alot of 3 strikes lately and most are US region-wise. only 2 where euro sets and one is already spoken for. the one I'm offering is one I was going to keep for myself.

the set (consists of cart, cd, cd driver, mobo and harness - no art) is working and will undergo a battery swap so that it shouldn't die if treated with care after this. it currently resides in the US and is in the hands of the guy who'll be doing the handy work (his success rate is 100% and he's swaped out now probably over 50 batteries). he will ship on my behalf. though I can have it shipped to me first and then to you if you prefer (his feedback on neo-geo.com is very high (billd420))


so I'm after a CPS Changer, hopefully with box and documentation, and if possible a game, I would die happy if I could get it with Final Fight but that's unlikely right?

if no-one comes foward I'm open to other trades - don't have anything in mind at the moment specifically though I wouldn't say no to a 60gb PS3. maybe something else.

oh and I can get pictures of the set if need be.

CPS Changers are pretty uncommon and pricey from what I've seen. SF3 3rd Strike isn't that uncommon and probably not as pricey to get ahold of. Mostly I think it's just no one here even has a CPS Changer and Final Fight. And if they do it probably is one of their most prized items.

 

true - I'm just a complete Final Fight nut. Third Strike (non-asian) is a 600 dollar game. sometimes more. japanese version maybe somewhat less, depends what region you're selling it in. euro 3s is uncharted territory but I would hazzard a guess and say it is particularly rare.

in any case I am open to some other trades and I'd take the cps changer all by it's lonesome (though would like the box and stuff), and maybe something else.

 

Wow, I had no idea it went for that much. In the past I've seen some SF3's (maybe not 3rd strike) go for less than that. Maybe it was NG or DP and not TS.

 

yeah 3S has a very high price compared to most other CPS3 games, especially US region and to a lesser extent japanese region (asian region 3s isn't that sought after) - only US Red Earth can compete price-wise. over at neo-geo.com I've been selling US 3S with batteries swapped out for 480 dollars plus shipping which is considered to be a very good price. the euro set however is not for sale, I'd only trade it for something worthwhile as it's probably the rarest region-wise.
