Ok, there is an article where Ono said he is considering putting Street Fighter V on the Vita TV:

What are the chances of this happening? My decision to buy rests solely on this possibility.

Also, can the Vita TV currently use third party USB controllers and joysticks? All my research says no. So that begs the question, how can you play a fighting game on the Vita TV if you can't use the best USB fighting sticks?

Since I don't own one, is Street Fighter III available for download on the Vita TV? If not, what other fighters are available on the Vita TV?

Last, did the USA get the latest price drop too? If not, when?

Well if it's on the Vita TV, it's on the Vita.

Only in Japan, I have read that USA Vita games need to be made compatible with Vita TV and if they are not, a message will come up reading "Cannot be used with this application".

There are several Vita games that are not compatible with the PS TV, and the list includes Gravity Rush and Tearaway, two of the best exclusives for the system (well, until the PS4 versions anyway).

That would be cool if he were to put on the Vita TV, but that means he'd also have to port it to PS3 as well. Sony let PS3 developers have the ability to use DirectInput joysticks in their games, but have probably discouraged it for PS4 games. Only Mortal Kombat allows you to use older joysticks, but not Guilty Gear. I guess all Ono needs to do is have his team develop a driver.

No way to do that, since the PS TV can't play PS3 games.
