Kids are funny. Somehow growing up with the internet being accessible in the palm of your hand has deaden their ability to think rationally.

 

That was pretty stupid of them, but not as stupid as armed robbers that record the robbery then post it online.

The internet is the best and worst thing to happen to humanity. It's made smart people smarter but dumb people dumber.

After the video there was a few more of random kids doing the same thing. Is this some rite of passage for them?

I'll be honest. this is rather tame compared to what nasty youngsters do in Europe or the US.

Yes, it is tame but still, arse holes are arse holes and need to be reminded of that. The police will give them community service for that or they could face a fine. I really do hate pricks like these guys.

 

I used to do *minor* vandalism when I was a kid/youth so I don't see this as a big deal... though I was smart enough not to record my mischief or identify myself.

 

Can't say I ever vandalized anything myself, mostly because I knew the people in school who did and they were dicks.
Another annoying thing is they must think they're pretty hardcore because they are "breaking the law" and causing havoc or whatever, but knowing Japan those cans were probably put back in place < 5 mins after that video finished.
