Japanese SFC games were never sealed, the "seal" is what second hand shops in Japan do to games to give it some form of protection. In fact it has a paper label on the box which is basically the shop telling you what the condition of the game is.

It could be super mint but it is still second hand and it is worth about $10 to $20.

Like anyone reads the rubbish in the signature.
