So I went to try and play some hacks that just came out when I noticed none of them were showing. Only thing in common was they are all SMC files. Well I went to looking and NONE of my games in SFC format are being seen by the SED. I am fully up to date on the BIOS and update as it is about 2 months old and was sent fully updated with DSP-1 chip. Anyone have any ideas as to what it may be?

I had problems with many of my SMC roms being recognized by BSNES and I was able to fix them using the SNESPurify command line tool.

I'm not sure if this will work for you, but it might be a good place to start. Make sure to set SNESPurify to create backups (or backup the roms yourself), because I believe it overwrites after stripping them by default.
