Hi all, I have come across a solution to the problem of having to cannibalise a genuine snes cart to fit in a super everdrive with sd card. I am using an ntsc us cart for my everdrive as i use a us console most of the time and the attached adapter i got from ebay means i can use the everdrive in an uncut cart shell. I will post some pics to show this shortly. Hope this is of use to someone
I'm surprised that people haven't started making 3D-printed cart shells by now for things like Everdrives rather than destroying good cartridges.
Why bother with 3D printing, when you can destroy bad games? The low profile thing looks interesting, even if full size ones are a dime a dozen.
So here are the pics. You can see that the white sd is alot shorter than the black standard micro sd adapter.

Dont worry i didnt destroy a perfectly good batman returns, i used nhlpa hockey and changed the front so it looks nicer. So that fits perfectly and has no problems reading from the micro sd. Much better looking than than normal sd adapter shown below. Gutted i cut a perfectly good cart now but at least it was just a sports game!
Darcagn last time i checked on krikzz website he only sold pal and jap cart shells not US ntsc? I could have got one from stoneagegamer but as im in the UK i didnt want to wait for shipping. Oh and here is a shot of the 2 adapters to show the size differences. So as you can see the stubby sd adapter is about 2 thirds the size of the normal one so now there is an option to use a normal cart for your everdrive, no more hacking apart a working game case or having to pay approx $10 for a replica. What do you all think? Hope you all approve!
He sells the Japanese/European style cartridges but from what I can tell they have the notches in them so that they fit in a US SNES.
Hi not being pedantic but if you have a us snes it looks more stock having the everdrive in a us cart imo and then there are no gaps at the sides where dust can get in as if people have an everdrive im sure it hardly ever leaves the cart slot like mine!
