Super Famicom graphical issues

Hello to everyone,
I recently bought a Super Famicom from Japan.
I'm in Italy, so I'm using a stepdown adapter and a RGB cable (I have same problems with mono-AV cable included in the box).
The main problem is that:

I have also other issues when I push RESET button: colors are "inverted".

But this is less annoying that the one in the video, which causes to me serious problems when I'm playing dark games (or, at least, this is the impression that I gave) like Super Metroid, or I'm in the menus of some games (SMW2, Street Fighter II).

Update: with a CRT TV I have no problems at all. My actual LCD TV is a Samsung LE22C350.

 

Could you record Street Fighter 2 when the effect occurs please?

 

I have sold it I can record Super Metroid, for example. Have you seen Yoshi's Island video?
