Since Charles Martinet is still alive and is frequently signing things on Comic Cons et cetera, I'd say not much more than the usual price for the game in such pristine condition. Signatures hardly ever increase the value unless the person is either dead or the item is extremely rare (AND demanded).

As above. Hold on to it and keep in the shape it's in. The price will skyrocket and you can ride the wave of people looking to buy Mario paraphernalia for collections.

Remember eBay when Steve Jobs died?

The price will sure go up when Charles Martinet may pass away someday in the future, but I sort of doubt that the occasional "Yoo-hoo" and "Yippieeee" in a Mario game makes his signature just as desired as that of Steve Jobs/Michael Jackson. Maybe I'm wrong LOL

My copy is signed too, first print. He is nearly at every convention under the sun right now. Depending on where you are, his signature will be worth different amounts, especially when he passes away. He's only been to Australia once I believe, if he appears again there will be more copies popping up. Although my copy is rather close to me, I'd never sell it unless I really need to.

Value right now would be estimated at $50-$60 depending on condition and print run. Since regular copies CIB go for $50, I'd say it'd be quite close to normal value. His signature is rather common, yet many don't appear for auction often so we could all be wrong on that. There maybe a lot of people at conventions but many simply don't go, so you just have to sell it to the right person.
