    A Hack for the original Super Mario Bros
    Fixes:
    - Minus World not longer works
    - Fixed Spiny Egg Bug
    - Piranha Plants are present in 1-1
    - Minor Changes
    - Bowser Hammer starts at World 5 instead of World 6
