    Is this Cheep Cheep "flying" behavior unused?o_O

    Just looks like the underwater behavior but above water. I think I've seen this in game, in one of the many glitch levels people have discovered.

    Game Genie codes can modify the game in weird amazing ways. Looks like another case of that here.
