    It's actually kind of good, but it doesn't follow a lot of the original Mario gameplay control-wise. Some hate it, some like it. Decent hack.

    I see it on YH! Japan for about $25USD a lot [along with some obscure Chinese games], but I haven't been arsed enough to get it.

    If I remember, Yakumo made a post of it and you can also try because there *might* be a floating rom around.

    There are 3 Mario games on the Mega Drive. 2 called Super Mario Brothers 1 & 2 and another which I remember one of the guys over at NTSC-UK talking baout.

  7. I got a mario pirate cart for genesis laying somewhere around here which was a pretty good hack/port... I should look for it

    Sonic Team's Yuji Naka is claimed to have made a 'working' emulator for MegaDrive, which could play a few titles like the Super Mario's. I would like to know the precise details of how he did this some day...

    Yeah, I read a interview where Naka himself said he did it. It was a Nes emulator.
