Super Micro - Complete/Incomplete Item

I was given an item from a guy in the USA, but i'm not sure weather the item is complete or not, I need to buy loads of batteries to test it.

The original owner said it worked fine but i have no idea.

Well it is an odd little item that sold like ice cream does in the north pole.

I've only seen pictures of it so I'm none the wiser, want to get one to try and make the Handheld museum we have a bit more complete, but never can find one cheap enough.

 

I'll sell you this one if you want it. Or maybe exchange it for something of equal value?
