Someone asked me to take a photo of this Famicom / Super Famicom clone a while back but I forgot who. Maybe it was Antipasta? Anyhow what ever thread that was in is now a mystery to me so here's a new one with a few nice pictures .

As you can see it's stereo and S-Video as standard and what's even more amazing is that they actually supply Stereo S-Video the cable ! So you have to ask yourself is this actually a worth while clone? Sure the Famicom part will just be a NES on a chip but the SFC part may actually be decent. After all since when did clone manufactures actually put any effort in to the audio & video single that their console outputs? I may actually pick one up if I can find a spare 6000 yen.

Box includes - Super Nicofami console, Controller, Gold plated (or more likely gold coloured) S-Video stereo cable, PSU and instructions.

    Hey that actually looks decent.
I wonder if its made in Japan and therefore has a higher quality than most of these consoles?

The plastic on the small picture on the back of the box looks pretty good!

The controller shape looks like it will hurt after using it for a while though.

Anyway, cool find! Be sure to post some pics of the console and inside if you decide to buy one

It still has composhite - could be that the Famicom part outputs composiite only.

    Looks interesting, though!

well at 6000 yen that's 28 pounds, 38 Euros or 56 USD. So they aren't even cheap in Japan.

38 euros is much for a clone but acceptable, but have to prevent paying too much shipping on it tho :p

only in white, mate. If you do want one I'd be happy to grab one for you. No worries there. Shipping will probably cost the same as the console though if you want to use EMS.

Dragon Ball Z Hyper Dimmension was in RED on their list. That game uses SA-1, which makes me think this thing can't handle chip games properly.
