    Hi.

I have a graphics issue with my super nintendo.

I have two games, and both of them display completely scrambled graphics, rendering the system completlry un-playable.

The music and sounds work fine, and you can see that the actual game is working, it's just behind the mess of jumbled pixels and colors.

Any idea's? Would it help if I posted a picture of what I meant?

    Thanks.

Could try ebay however the snes chips will need to come from a donor board. But there is no guarantee its the vram, and you might be wasting the money.

For glitched graphics on snes i do the following.
A really good clean, get a magnifying glass out and look at the pins on the ppu's check they are dust and corrosion free.

Check solder on cart connector, and while at it check the actual cart connector.

    Check and replace caps.

This is an off chance, glitched graphics problems are difficult and sometimes not worth fixing unless you know exactly where the problem is.
