No, I'm no noob with caps lock stuck on, thats how the game's title font is.

Anyway long story short I'm remaking all my old mods and I thought I would share my super sonic hack with you guys I made for Sonic 06, Special thanks to g0ldenlink for letting me use his arc compressor/decompressor command line app. This mod took me a week to make with lots of money wasted for Dual layer coasters sense my wonderful dev kit is still out of action. Enjoy, for those of you that understand whats going on.

quick question?how did you do this?I didnt know you could edit things on a disk and it still run, I mean wow.

I know you only edited the ark files or w.e but still haha

best super sonic hack I've seen on sonic 06.
The other ones just had "jesus pose" always.
Anyway by decompiling the lua scripts you could even complete the "MISSING SUPERSONIC PART" there's a tranformation animation still left in the game.
Too bad that feature was scrapped and the rainbow gem as well ( it can be unlocked with this lua script hacks)

 

Yeah its because the first person to crack the arc file type was goldenlink and he only used it for LUA editing. I told him I could do much more with it and he agreed to give me his research notes. I used the arc method to actually edit the files inside head on including models, animations, and textures.

 

Plan to give us any details on the archive file format?
