I bought one off ebay and it sees someone stole the ram out of it and it only shows 24mbit.

Anyone know a source for the correct ram card? I already checked tototek and he has none for sale.

Didn't know wild cards were rare now, considering they're still available new :110:

You need to find someone who has junk copiers. Doesn't Calpis have some dead ones?

SWC DX, not SWC DX2 retro.

Last time I checked they had both in stock, but they might have sold the DX by now, I guess. Probably likely!

I'm sure someone on the forum had a broken one. Is the RAM different from the original wild card?

DX actually appear to have a unique RAM board, more pins than the regular SWC, similar to DX2 but not the same logic as the DX2. A replacement won't be easy, but it may be possible to use a regular SWC RAM card--the pinout might be the same, just that connector changed/was expanded. I wouldn't try this without tracing out some signals though... If power and data lines at least match up, there's a very good chance the rest will too.
