Hi I have a supercic installed on a pal SNSP-CPU-01, I can manually change region using reset, but it doesn't detect the region, so it doesn't switch after 9s and the auto mode only works on NTSC mode. the pad 2 on the cic broke so I used the hole to solder the wire, I tested the continuity on the installation, tried alternative points and totally desoldered the cic (and put the 10k to GND), but I get always the same result. does somebody knows what could be the problem?
