supercic + snes pal: image flickering!!!

    You should make detailed pictures of your soldering work. Especially from the two PPU's.
    Could it be that you lifted the wrong legs? Or did you maybe bridge something?

    Is there a short soldered between leg 23 and 24 of S-PPU1?

    no short...i've flickering even if i power on snes without games

    Your wiring looks different from mine when I modded a pal snes.

    What guide did you follow.

    the only guide that i've found on internet....but the mod works....i can switch between 3 modes like in the guide...

    The wiring looks good to me. Are you sure that there is no short?

    Otherwise the problem might be something different and has nothing to do with the SuperCIC.
