For a short while, he was accepting donations, said he'd release the key if he got $2,500, but I didn't see the counter on his site go above just under $40. Now it says 'Get ready for the 2nd“Laws were made to be broken.”', so hey maybe we'll see something. Probably not though!

 

Where should I make the thread at? The download is only going to take about a week or so, not too shabby. I've downloaded awful torrents that were only like 5 gb's that took weeks.

First it'd be released if he got tangled up in legal trouble, then he had the 2.5k fundraiser which didn't exactly take off, now he's just dropping pieces as and when he feels like it? Or is this just a tease to fan the flames of arguments about his legitimacy?

Rar files can really have such large passwords? I think there must be a character limit somewhere.

 

I haven't downloaded the file myself, but I assume the .rar itself isn't passworded and only contains a single AES256-encrypted file. AES256 has no password limits, to my knowledge. Or rather, the password must be between 1 and file_length characters.
