Hi everyone, i might buy a SUPERGRAFX locally today, but i can't test it before buying because the guy doesn't have the cables. I have a Duo-R, are the AV and power cables the same? (If it helps, i live in europe) THANKS! ps: what kind of psu is needed if it's not the same?
Unmodded A/V is 5 pin din. Your DUO A/V cable will work. Power supply uses same voltage - 9v, but amp is a little higher on DUO adapter ... that's OK. It's the voltage that you want to match. Hi, thanks, nice webpage... might be useful in the future too. Anyway i found that the plug is different, is larger on the supergrafx. And the polarity is inverted. I'll just buy a new PSU. Thanks!
Polarity ... oops. Glad you caught that. I got my power supply from gamedoctorhk.com. Depending on stock ... they may have used OEM or new off-brand replacement.
Yeah i bought some cables online but as i said i wanted to test the console first. Anyway, i bought it. While i'm waiting for the cables to arrive, i hope it works
