Shockingly I think the only System without the Icon Pac Man, is the Saturn (Next Gen is currently Pacless too). Aside from the Saturn, maybe the FM Towns?

I'm posting it becuase of this video that popped up in my You Tube feed which has me wondering what Pac Man (and Ms Pac Man) WASN'T ported to.

Good watch but he mentions that Pac Man was ported to pretty much everything. Keywords PRETTY AND MUCH. So Far all I got is Saturn and FM Towns OH and the Neo Geo OH WAIT WAIT.... POCKET COLOR..... so

None on FMT / Marty (that I'm aware of).

    Super A'can too.

Likely loads of the obscure handhelds / consoles.

Pippin, Loopy, Pico, Gamate and so on?

Edit...although if you're counting clones then quite a few of the more obscure (retro) systems will have something...of a fashion. Money Maze for Gamate for example...

Microvision doesn't have one. Not sure about Vectrex. I know Odyssey^2 has a clone that resulted in lawsuit and TI-99/4a computer has one.

The original Magnavox Odyssey doesn't have it, but there's a not-so similar game (Cat & Mouse).

I'm surprised that there was never a Saturn port. You would think there would be, considering how many arcade ports the Saturn had. Similarly, I really wish Sega had released a Hang On port for the Saturn; it was the only Sega system, apart from the DC and maybe the 32X, that could've done an arcade-perfect port of that game. The DC port wasn't great though, because it was upscaled slightly. A Saturn version would've been in 240p, like the original.

    Turbografx, PC-FX, SG-1000, 3DO, Jaguar, Wonderswan

Master System had Ms Pac-Man and Pac-Mania instead of the original.

Officially Colecovision did not have Pac-man or Ms. Pac-Man, Atari pretty much completed Pac-Man and a Ms. prototype is "out there." The Odyssey predated Pac-Man by several years, of course it didn't have it! Intellivision never got Ms. Pac-man.

I don't think Namco put anything out on the Saturn come to think of it.

Actually Namco had CyberSled running on the Saturn. It was shown at the Tokyo Game show. I have video footage of it on VHS back in the UK. Last time I was there (about 5 years ago) I took some screen shots from the video and posted them here. There's also the rumoured Saturn Ridge Racer but I'm not sure if that did actually make it in to production. As for actual releases I think you're right. Sony had deep pockets back then to buy "the loyalty" of many devs.

Ridge Racer on the Saturn! That would have been all kinds of Epic. Sad the Saturn got the shaft from Namco, While Namco didn't give the N64 the same love the PS1 did at least that system got a few decent games out of them, including Ridge Racer 64 which was a great iteration of Ridge Racer.

This is a random question, but is there a Pac-Man game on 7800 because the one on the 2600 sucks.

Sorry, but Pac-Man Collection for the Atari 7800 is actually a homebrew port from AtariAge...

That reminds me, I actually played Ms. Pac Man at a laundromat the other day. They have sort of a waiting area next to the laundromat, and inside they have a TV, some games (non-video-based), as well as an MVS cab (which has an issue with the monitor) with Puzzle Bobble, and a Ms. Pac Man cab. I played it while I was waiting for my laundry to finish. That game is incredibly addictive.
