    Alright, things you'll need:

    Phillips head screwdriver
    Flat head screwdriver
    A book of matches
    A fifth of vodka
    Two dead hookers...

er... wait... I have the instructions somewhere at home, but considering my recient internet situation it could be a while before i can post them.

The 2 biq questions I have are:

    1) the cable from the t-10000 box to the card I want to confirm which one to use.
    2) the t-140000 has the pci card and a second card that a stand alone that uses 4 screws to hold it in place. Were does the second card physically attach to?

Just found my documents... they're not too helpful. My "installation" instructions are really shipping instructions. It seems that the 14000 addon was only ever factory installed... and since i don't have a TOOL i can't help you much. Sorry.
