Some people shouldn't have pets. OK, there's taking your dog to shows and having it jump through hoops or look good or whatever. And then there's this, which frankly is going a bit far...

Poor thing looks like a wreck, it's unbelievable how people that claim to love animals actually see them as fancy toys.
