    This just in. Acclaim announces that they are going to publish Duke Nukem Forever. THis confirms that we will never see this game, ever.

    Just silly the company deserved to never come back and now this. . . oh well ASSEMbler get ready for some ps3 and xbox 360 kits in a few months when they go bust.

    I'd just like to let you know that I'm the guy who bought the Acclaim name. I'm using it for my sewage disposal company. I wanted a name that was associated with shit.

    I might be completely mistaken, but wasn't Howard Marks the VP at Activision when the split happened amongst the employees and Acclaim was formed?

    Kind of weird he'd want the name of the company that split from the one he used to run.
