He got a tattoo that says "Ronin". Cool word, right?

    Captions:
1: Means a samurai w/o work, or refers to a student
2: You know that refers to a student that failed his entrance exams?
    3: "Oh, that'll work too!"

No shit, there's a picture of a guy that tattoed "Baka Gaijin" in katakana across his shoulders. Will have to dig that one up.

I remember seeing some on a woman where in some obscure dialect it means princess, but in common dialect it stands for slut or something similar like that.

Heh... But the question is, how many people would actually do it to someone?

I admit, while it isn't nice, I could see myself giving someone bogus Chinese depending on how much I hate them or are bothered by them.

Me: What? Your name in Chinese? Sure!....

<Writes down "General Tao's Chicken", "Two spring rolls", "1 Fried Rice">

    Me: There you go!

you: thanx for the lawsuit!

on topic, getting tattoos in a foreign language when you have no clue what it says is pretty stupid but i guess if you look like that guy it doesnt matter much.
i have a tattoo in japanese in spite of knowing the language but i made damn sure it said what i wanted before i got it :p

Thank goodness, I only have a tribal just above my right hand. Anyway, this reminds me of a Nemi comic strip.

Nobody has made the obligatory "My tattoo says 'Welcome to [insert your country here]' on my penis" joke?

    I'm quite certain he does.
