Holly crap, how many of those listed sellers claim that they make the console The cheapest I found was 46 US Dollars but I am willing to bet the video output will be 480p at most and that it is running a shitty system on a chip. Hmm, should i get one for a Retro Core review?
It's weird one say there's games built in while others give cartridges instead. Makes me wonder how many manufactures makes them. And like you, i think they are asking too much money. I wouldn't even doubt it's just a regular clone with an shitty AV to HDMI converter inside. And i'm sure there are many more listings with weird names or to be added yet.
https://www.youtube.com/user/cetics/videos Here I show several test videos I did with the megadrive of tectoy ... and others with megadrive fei hao. (Unfortunately it is in Portuguese, but you can get a sense of the sound and picture quality) I really liked the HDMI output. Not perfect but it got better than AV. The Megadrive from Tectoy still has many BUGs but they are working on it.
