It's PAL, therefore it's worth whatever you'd pay for a paper weight seeing how you're in the US. Also it's pre-PAL60, so no matter where you are, it sucks. Unless you are going to modify it to run at 60hz, why bother. I mean I guess you could if you wanna collect it for some reason.
Actually it's PAL-M (which is different from the regular PAL format). You can use cheap transcoders to output NTSC signal. Anyway, i think the Saturn and the Dreamcast sold by Tectoy were NTSC. (Although PAL-M was the format used in Brazil, since the early 90's, all TV's are PAL-M/PAL-N/NTSC compatible)
Its NTSC. Its the Brazilian Saturn. I don't think its worth the price of what its going for on Ebay ($250). I've seen them go for $100-150. I got mine for $140ish.
