Tekken 3 Promo Box

Just got this Tekken 3 Promotion Box:

Anyone knows how rare this is, and how much it's worth? The guy I got it from claimed it's limited to 50 pieces.

 

Call me crazy, but if it's a promo box, how can u promote something with only 50 pieces of it?

 

it's not some kind of press-kit?

 

It appears to be a press kit. I have seen these before (and Tekken 3 edition) on ebay.

 

I like Tekken, never got my hands on one of those as Ive never seen one one eBay. Not sure how much its worth either.

No Tekken fan at all, but the box looks pretty awesome, think you could take some bigger/close-up shots of it?
(Open, closed, parts scattered, etc...)
Who knows, maybe you've got a possible costumer here if it's gonna be up for grabs

 

I saw one not too long ago for Tekken 5 on Ebay. It ended up selling for just over $45.00.

I recently picked up something like these, but for "The Getaway" (PS2), I added some quick pics of it to the bottom of my box-set topic in the collections subforum.
(That darned box kept appearing on ebay, teasing me! So I bought it after seeing it re-appear from the same seller several times)

Aaah, so still within an affordable range for someone who evt. aint a Tekken fanatic, but just a regular collector


Nice box though, I'd given you a bid if I had a burning desire to expand my box-set collection and throw out some money I don't have right now.
