Hey, its the first major thing on the Playstation store that isn't pure shit, a old Playstation game you can't even play on the console itself, or a demo! Granted, it is $20...sooo...yeah.

I already have it on PS2, and well I think that Tekken has gone downhill, after Tekken Tag tournament. And yes I admit, I like the old ones better, than 4 and 5

Tekken Tag in the Arcades was fun, the Ps2 version was very slow. Tekken 2 and 3 are my favourites.

Does anyone know if the greatest hits/platinum version of Tekken 5 includes the older games too?

Is it in HD? I thought that was kinda the point of releasing it on the PS3, as the arcade version was 720p or something.

It's in 1080p they say. Atleast as I recall hearing it that way.

    Seriously WTF.
The game is not on the canadian server. I'm actualy quite pist off.

?? Tekken 5 DR was not 720p (last i checked). It was still old JVS standards and running in 31hz or 480p. The PS3 version is supost to support up to 1080i (not sure about 1080p tho)

VF5 Arcade tho is running in HD (it's running on essentualy a PC).

Hm... that's weird. The last time I played it in the arcade it looked like it was running at higher than 480p. That was just my impression, though.

Granted, this is more of a 2 player game then the console and PSP versions. You don't get much since it is the arcade version, but it does look pretty good.

Its so accurate it's almost not funny. God the store is awful in setup. Yet the more I use it the more I think they hacked it together in a few weeks to satisfy people till they get a better store up.

Eh, I admit that the playstation store is bad when it comes to organization, but the Virtual Console is worse when it comes to paying. You have to enter your credit/debit card info every time you want to put points on, which is a major pain in the ass if you don't have a classic controller. The playstation store at least retrieves billing info stored on the console so you don't have to type it out again.

Forget credit card hassles, when are they gonna bring out the Playstation Cards so that us importers can actually get stuff from the store to begin with.

Does anyone know the answer to my question? And are they arcade conversions or PS ports?

I ask this because it would help me decide on whether to purchase TK5 for the PS2 or wait for the PS3 version!

I thought it was an arcade port.
