Hello, I have found one of these for sale and was wondering what it was used for and what it does?

I have had a look on Wikipedia but all that gave me was a whole bunch of technical jargen (that's not a language that I'm currently fluant in)

Can this be used in a Dev TOOL for anything?

Looks like it'll be an ancient ISA card from the 90s which would log data on a serial port.

Why would you think it could be used in a PS2 TOOL?

I want to turn a DTL-T10000H into a DTL-T15000 and need a plug in performance analyzer to go into it!

So by serial ports you mean USB, COMS, & PS/2 e.t.c??

USB probably didn't exist when that card was released. It'll be for RS232 DB9/DB25. In any case, if you don't know what a protocol analyser does, what good will having one do you..?

This is the performance analyser for a TOOL:
