    Ten Xbox360 Dev Kits Stolen In Germany from the frankfurt airport damn what was i doing when i came back from my holidays 2 weeks ago i didnt see any microsoft packets then =)

    I wouldn't be surprised if we find them on ebay within a few months, or even on various forum marketplaces (Such as assembler)

    3 where already be found in various firms in austria and germany if i remember right so guess ill know where smartxx got its 3 units from =)

    If SmartXX bought the devkits legally, it *couldn't* show pictures of them. The very fact that the kits were torn open, photographed and spread wide for the world to see is a huge sign that the kits were obtained in less than legal fashion. ;)

    Even if they did they're still stupid for posting pictures of them. If you do something outside the terms of their NDA then MS are well within their rights to take them off you...
