Do you have the certificate of authenticy along with the SP? If not, you may as well throw it away; bye bye collector's value ;p.

why do I need a certificate of authenticy? It is NOT one of the Nintendo World Center ones ;)

or have you got for every f*** signed game or hardware a certificate of authenticy?^^

If it's not even a Nintendo World Center one (the ones with 30 units worldwide AND the certificate of authenticy) then it's just a GBA SP with an autograph on it. Nothing exclusive about that. I can meet Miyamoto at any random convention and get him to sign my stuff. I've got a lot of signed stuff myself actually...

Hate to pop your dream, but that item isn't really valuable in your case.

for me it's valuable, and that matters :) if I were you, I would take all my nitnendo stuff to Miyamoto and he should sign the stuff. then sell it on ebay and get some $$$.

have you just registred on assemlbergames to tell people what they don't have and what people need to make their stuff more valuable?

I would say that signed GBA SP is still valuable. Althought maybe not as valuable the 30 signed GBA SP in the Nintendo World Center event (with the certificate). But it is still an unique item:thumbsup:

Of course it's still valuable, because it's cool to have an autograph from Miyamoto and all that, but it's not the "real" Zelda collector's item since it's not the one from the Nintendo World Store with the certificate. That's all I'm saying. Seeing you're having it as your avatar and all, I just thought it was 'the real thing', but it isn't. Just wanted to make that clear; if you're happy with it, then that's awesome of course!

And I registered here to talk to other Zelda-collectors, get in contact with them and see what stuff they got, yeah.

I have no clue where to get them...I only see them on ebay every now and then but they're way too expensive.

See, I do have a WHOLE bunch of Zelda-stuff and all, but I suck when it comes to getting the real exclusive things for a good price. I just don't really know where to look. We have a Dutch marketplace and I got some good stuff there (Zelda's Adventure for the CD-i for 20 euro's for example), but the chance that something neat shows up is really small.

If you can enlighten me, please do :).

well the most ebay sellers don't know what's the stuffs real name. like Majoras Mask Adventure Set. They only write things like "Zelda N64 Nur 1000 Stück". so the best way to look for the stuff is to search the following tags like "zelda 1000" or "zelda 300". a good place is also www.ebay.de , because a lot of german sellers only ship within Germany

I've already done all of that, but it doesn't really help. They still get sold for way too high prices...

I think I'm missing out on good forums or something. Or maybe just luck.
