Terminator - Salvation... anyone cares?

i just finished the game. i got 1000/1000 in about 4 hrs. a pretty forgettable game based on a pretty forgettable movie.

 

I second each part of this post.

And I have to say that I don't think T³ is as much of a letdown as some people say. Sure, the acting (esp. John Connor's) and some "jokes" are below average, but at least it had the classic good guy vs. bad guy (or woman^^) fight which always added the thrill to the Terminator movies, esp. in the first one. T4 was missing that entirely.

Apart from that I was quite surprised by Arnie's cameo, didn't know about that beforehand. The fight was a bit weird though, I mean how come that in a FACTORY of Terminators this guy had to conquer only ONE? And how could John Connor enter the skynet area? Even for a scifi-movie there was too less explanation, if you look back on the other three films there was always almost every step of the characters logic and explained, that seperates them from sequel n°4.

 

A new Terminator movie like the first minutes of T2... That would be cool.

 

i played it for an hour or so but i had to get to work. came home, finished it up. now i can tell customers how bad it is. :nod:

 

The PG-13 rating told me that it was at most a rental. Any franchise that goes from R to PG-13 is only about cashing in.

 

Bleh. Ratings are different today than when the first movie was out. If anything, Termiantor Salvation is more violent. A rating shouldn't stop you seeing a movie either.
