I think it has something to do with kinetic energy.

 

I wonder if that dance was really used for ninja training conisdering it took a good amount a coordination, or perhaps it was for theatre. I would have liked to see the outtakes.

Man this show is entertaining for some reason.

 

Ahh, it's on NHK. Despite the annoying guys that come to my door (and the embezzling going on), NHK is the best network on TV in Japan. All the other networks are just trashy.
