Wow that is a bit strange and probably not exactly legal/ ethical. I'd really have to blame the company on this anyway as even a brand new ebay seller knows better than to ship an item before payment is received.
they use the words (Make him pay by ANY methods) that is not the thing to say and they go on to say. This kind of behavior makes us want to stop dealing with US customers...thats harsh to people in the u.s cos of one knob
Unethical yes, their fault yes but all those stories about people stealing/getting stuff for free makes me feel sorry for them and all the sellers getting conned everyday...
Pathetic. Yes it is their fault for sending goods first. What kind of shop does that? They should deal with the matter in a legal fashion, not try sending some vigilantes to sort him out. Sure, he deserves to be caught out, but that is wrong. In the UK, we have the Data Protection Act and the customer's privacy would be covered under that. Is there not such an act in Japan? If I were the customer, I would sue them for that.
Well retro, Sometimes a base ball bat works wonders, but I guess with me hes out of luck, cause I'am into hockey.
I have had goods sent first before a payment was made. japanese are a very trustworthy people and japan game stock is a good website  the guy is not playing the game man bad ju ju
Heck, if I was in the area I'd do it. I mean, all I'd have to do is leave a note saying he'd better watch his back on his door and that alone probably would motivate him enough to pay back. I mean, dispite shipping first, he still is a jerk, so might as well get payment back and a reward.
What an ass, sure the company made a big mistake by sending items first before waiting for the payment to clear, but what that noob did was still illegal, too bad the noob had to be from U.S giving us a bad name.... for shame. I'll purchase some things from the website later on.
Heh, potential charges are only really applicable to those who get caught But then again, it's probably just rage against PayPal scammers talking.
I'll give a shiny dollar to whoever opens a new Paypal account in this guy's name, sends a payment, and then cancels it real quick.
Tatsujin, Lol, to your first pic! There are alot ways to deal with scumbags and if your as knowledgeble as me you wouldn't have to worrie about size or there clever tactics.:rambo: Its only a question of time and money.
