    i looked but wasn't able to find a catch all thread for help identifying stuff. if one exists then please point me toward it and disregard this thread.

    what the heck did i just buy? It doesn't look like any of the image results i get from searching "Princess Maker" in google. Is it a pack in Demo? a Promo?

    Princess Maker Trial Version. I think this is actually meant to be Princess Maker 3 though.

    Oh rad! I cant wait to randomly stumble my way through the menu in hopes of making a princess. :D

    You can find pretty much everything by searching for "console name + serial number". Tested it on your item as well, first result is "Demo Princess Maker Yume... etc".

    Why not? They can be pretty hard to identify too. I've got this Neo Geo Pocket pachinko game that I've had for like 7 years and have no idea what it's called. Wish I could post a picture of it now, but the box is solid blue and has yellow Japanese letters on it. It was given out as a freebie on Lik-Sang at the time.

    That Pachinko game is the most common Neo Geo Pocket game in existence in Japan. You can buy it anywhere that sells Neo Geo Pocket games. In fact, I hate it only due to the fact that shops always have loads of the bloody things with it's ugly dull plain blue box.
