Need some one to buy some radioshack stuff, the radioshack 45W desoldering iron (model#: 64-2060) and some desoldering braid.

I'm located in Holland (a.k.a. The Netherlands), and I will pay every costs via paypal.

Edit: forgot to say that radioshack only ships within the USA.

 

You realize that'll be 120V, right? I wouldn't want to have to use a step-down every time I desoldered!

Look at my thread in the preservation section on electronics suppliers. Look at the Worldwide ones or the UK ones (some may ship to Europe). There are several companies in Holland that will sell those items. Desolder braid is standard in your local electronics/ham radio shop.

By the way, those desolder irons suck! The braid is worse. I would use a desolder pump with a decent iron for simple stuff. After that, you might need to invest in a hot air station.

 

Well I found a DIY guide to mod it into a hotair soldering iron, and from what I read those thing are pretty good at hotair soldering.
Or do you know a better one? (also under 20 please)

I have helped maybe 10 people out in this thread so far and if you check your PM's you will see that I won the auction you asked me to bid on and am waiting for the seller to send the item before I can tell you how much it is going to cost to ship!

Kaori please don't post negative feedback on somebody not helping you, it's not a right but a priviledge, so it's not fair to post that kind of negativity.

If somebody stole your item/money, then off course you should write about it, but just for not answering you about help is not really a nice way of conduct between us community members.

Somebody helps you: post positive feedback and be happy!
Somebody doesn't reply/doesn't help do nothing and look for somebody else.

Nobody here is obligated to reply to anybody's help request! don't feel insulted, sometimes people just have better things to do/no time etc.

I may be a bit late, but Rogue can be trusted. Unfortunately he's a bit slow at responding, and sometimes taking action when you give him the money =p But he's not bad, I've dealt with him a couple times now and there's no problems. You just have to be patient.

Also, add me to the list of people in the US willing to help All I ask is a $3 commission for each auction or whatever. Oh, and I might be looking for someone in Mexico to get something for me...
