Pick up of a PS2 TEST console.

Good morning fine people of ASSEMblergames, I just recently purchased a Playstation 2 TEST Console off of eBay. The console is in London (according to eBay) and was wondering if any member in that area could pick it up for me??

He reckons that shipping is going to be 96pounds, but I don't think that price is right.

Anyone that can help me I would be indebted forever.

I have another sticky situation. A customer has brought me in a broken 1TB drive for data recovery, trouble is that the drive has been dropped and won't fire up in my computer. A hardware specialist friend of mine told to find another drive with the exact same control PCB on it so I can swap them over and try that.

I've found a couple on Amazon but they don't ship to New Zealand directly, and was hoping that I could get them shipped to one of the American members places and then get them to send it to me??

Please let me know, and there is a slight urgency in my request.

Need help getting some Japanese only Kit-Kat bar flavors. Not too hard to find in Japan I'd imagine, but eBay sellers aren't fast enough for what I need, and overpriced.

Just a note- from my experience the American craigslist is "yourlocation.craigslist.org". EG seattle.craigslist.org (for seattle craigslist). For Canada though, it's more on the lines of "yourlocation.languageabbreviation.craigslist.ca". EG vancouver.en.craigslist.ca (for vancouver craigslist, in english).

Maybe it'll help, maybe not. But do put me down for assistance!

Hello people. I know I don't have 50 posts here but I'd like to get one of those russian IDE adapters for the 3DO. While I was browsing the web for some info, I found this cool forum. And, of course, I'm available to help people wanting to buy something from Brazil.
